ABSTRACT

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in the elderly people in Wuhan during 2016-2020, and to provide a basis for formulating effective prevention and control strategies and measures. Methods Using the National Tuberculosis Information Management System, a descriptive statistical analysis was performed on the medical records of elderly (≥60 years old) pulmonary tuberculosis patients registered in Wuhan from 2016 to 2020. Results A total of 9 427 elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients were registered in Wuhan during 2016-2020, accounting for 32.07% of the total number of registrations in the whole population. The reported incidence rate of tuberculosis in the elderly was significantly higher than that in the total population, and the reported incidence rates in both the elderly and the general population showed declining trends (whole population χ2trend=216.97, P2trend=153.57, P<0.05). The time distribution showed that more cases occurred from April to November (70.90%). The top three districts with the largest number of registered cases were far urban areas, namely Huangpi District (13.81%), Xinzhou District (11.55%), and Jiangxia District (9.82%). The ratio of male to female with pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly patients was 2.85:1. Among the elderly pulmonary tuberculosis, the most registered cases were in the age group of 60 ~ years old, followed by 65 ~ years old. The proportion of smear-positive in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis retreatment was 16.83%. Conclusion From 2016 to 2020, the epidemic situation of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis showed a downward trend in Wuhan. However, the elderly population with tuberculosis registrations still accounted for a relatively high proportion of the total population. According to the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis among the elderly, the city should carry out tuberculosis prevention and control work in a timely, appropriate and focused manner.

ABSTRACT

【Objective】 To study the changes of blood coagulation function of donors before and after peripheral blood stem cell(PBSC)mobilization and collection, so as to evaluate the safety of the current scheme. 【Methods】 30 donors who received PBSC mobilization and collection in Zhujiang Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were enrolled. After mobilization by G-CSF, the correlation between coagulation function, blood routine indexes and TEG indexes of donors was analyzed, and the influence of PBSC mobilization and collection on coagulation function of donors was evaluated. 【Results】 The TEG indexes R(min), K(min), α(°), MA(mm) and CI before and after PBSC collection were 6.12±1.18 vs 7.25±2.16, 1.98±0.41 vs 2.45±0.64, 62.82±4.98 vs 57.3±6.67, 60.93±3.26 vs 55.37±4.41, and -0.31±1.40 vs -2.32±2.18, respectively(P<0.05), suggesting that there was no risk of hypercoagulability after PBSC mobilization and collection. The peak values of WBC (×109/L), Plt (×109/L) and Hb (g/L) were 62.02, 357 and 162, respectively, which indicated that the blood routine indexes after PBSC mobilization and collection were in the safe range. After PBSC collection, the CI value of 26.7% (8/30) donors was less than -3, showing hypocoagulability. 【Conclusion】 The current mobilization and collection scheme of PBSC has little effect on the coagulation function. Most of the donors had no risk of hypercoagulability, but a few showed a trend of hypocoagulability after PBSC collection.

ABSTRACT

The Leguminosae perennial vines of Callerya and Millettia have many species and wide distribution, not only can be used for medicines, but also they have ornamental and insecticidal effects. With increasing demand for Spatholobi Caulis, and the reserves of wild medicinal materials are on the verge of exhaustion, resulting in the increasing number of mixtures and substitutes in the market, which makes it urgent to study the origin of Spatholobi Caulis. By referring to related literature, there are three major origins of Spatholobi Caulis, including Callerya, Millettia and Spatholobus. Callerya is separated from Millettia, they are divided and united for many times, now the official website of Flora of China has accepted the revision of them as two genera. This paper intends to compare the chemical components and pharmacodynamic effects of Callerya and Millettia, aiming to explore the similarities and differences between the two genera, so as to determine the rationality and necessity of separating Callerya from Millettia. After comparing, it was found that the chemical composition and pharmacodynamic effects of the two genera were different, which supported the separation of Callerya from Millettia, and it was not recommended to mix use of them.

@#AIM: To investigate the short-term and mid-term effectiveness and safety of transscleral ciliary body photocoagulation in the treatment of high intraocular pressure after the removal of malignant glaucoma ciliary ring block.<p>METHODS: Retrospective study. A collection of 14 eyes of 14 patients with high intraocular pressure after ciliary ring block was lifted from 2016-10/2019-10 malignant glaucoma were treated with 810nm semiconductor diode laser transscleral ciliary photocoagulation. Follow-up 8.36±5.18mo, observation Best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), intraocular pressure and complications before and after surgery.<p>RESULTS: The intraocular pressure of 13.60±3.50mmHg at the last follow-up after treatment was different from 40.53±7.14mmHg before operation(<i>P</i><0.05); there was no difference between the BCVA at the last follow-up postoperative and preoperative(<i>P</i>>0.05). All patients had no difference to the last follow-up and serious complications.<p>CONCLUSION: The 810nm semiconductor diode laser transscleral ciliary body photocoagulation is effective in the treatment of malignant glaucoma. It is easy to operate, has fewer complications, can effectively reduce intraocular pressure, and has little damage to the best corrected vision after surgery.

ABSTRACT

To investigate the effects of exogenous NaHS on myelin basic protein (MBP) and learning and memory of hippocampal neurons in mice with spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 (SCA3) and its therapeutic significance. Twelve male normal mice were randomly selected as normal control group (NC Group), and 48 SCA3 mice were randomly selected as SCA3 model group (M Group), low dose group (NL Group, 10 μmol/kg), medium dose group (NM Group, 50μmol/kg) and high dose group (NH Group, 100 μmol/kg), 12 rats in each group. The drug treated groups were injected with NaHS intraperitoneally once a day for 4 weeks. The changes of learning and memory ability of SCA3 mice before and after the intervention of different doses of NaHS were determined by Morris water maze, the content of hydrogen sulfide (HS) in hippocampus was measured by spectrophotometry, the expression of MBP was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the morphological changes of neuron myelin sheath were observed by electron microscope. Compared with the control group, the learning and memory ability of SCA3 mice was decreased significantly (P<0.05), and the content of HS in hippocampus was decreased (P<0.05). After different doses of exogenous NaHS treatment, the learning and memory ability was improved in different degrees (P<0.05), and the contents of HS and MBP in hippocampus of SCA3 mice were also improved in different degrees (P<0.05). Exogenous NaHS may increase the contents of HS and MBP in the hippocampus of SCA3 mice, which may have a protective effect on the neurons, and then improve the learning and memory ability of SCA3 mice, and provide a new idea for the treatment of SCA3.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the epidemic characteristics and spatial clustering of pulmonary tuberculosis in Wuhan from 2011 to 2019, and to provide a scientific basis for formulating intervention strategies and measures. Methods Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the epidemic characteristics of tuberculosis data in Wuhan registered in the national tuberculosis information management system in the last 9 years, and spatial autocorrelation analysis was performed on the incidence of tuberculosis in 155 communities or in the city using Arcgis10.5 software. Results From 2011 to 2019, there were 56,432 cases of tuberculosis reported in Wuhan, and the annual average reported incidence rate of tuberculosis was 59.24/100 000. The overall incidence rate showed a fluctuating downward trend, with an average annual decline rate of 1.99%. The ratio of the number of cases between men and women was 2.35:1, and the incidence rate in males was higher than that in females (χ2=285.36,P0,P<0.001), and the high-high aggregation areas of tuberculosis were mainly distributed in Erqi community, Baibuting community, Liujiaoting community, Yijiadun community, Heping Street, Changqian Street, Tonghu farm, Yuxian Town, Zhifang Town, Wulijie Town, Fenghuang Street, Liji Street, and Daoguanhe Street. Conclusion The overall epidemic situation of pulmonary tuberculosis in Wuhan showed a slow downward trend. The main population and the clustering time of cases were relatively fixed, and the overall epidemic showed a certain spatial clustering. Active screening should be carried out for high-risk populations and high-aggregation areas, and effective prevention and control strategies should be developed based on time and location classification.

ABSTRACT

A training cause for management of complex perineal tearing with bionic simulators were conducted from March 2018 to March 2019 among 223 midwives in Beijing Luohe Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University and Shanghai First Maternal and Infant Health Hospital. The clinical comprehensive ability of normal delivery was assessed before and after training; and the effect of training with the complex perineal tearing simulator was evaluated after the training. There were significant differences in examination scores of theoretical knowledge and practical ability between senior (working years>5 year, n=85) and junior (working years 3-5 year, n=138) midwives both before and after training ( P<0.05); however the assessment results were all improved in both groups after training. All midwives gives high evaluation scores and feedback for the training of complex perineal tear with bionic simulator (5 points), indicating that the simulation training deserves promotion in clinical skill training for midwives.

ABSTRACT

Since December 2019, an outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) in Wuhan, Hubei Province, which has caused wide public concern all through the world. Although artificial intelligence is a priority development fields in recent years, there is no study on the application and effect of AI in this epidemic. Based on the application of AI scenarios in typical cases, the research analyzes the practice and effectiveness of AI in epidemic surveillance, clinical diagnose, public health management and other related scientific research. Besides, combined with the current situation of development, some suggestions are put forward in order to better play the role of artificial intelligence in the public health emergency system in China.

Objective@#To analyze the epidemiological characteristics, trend and related factors of tuberculosis patients that delayed for care, in Wuhan from 2008 to 2017.@*Methods@#Data regarding tuberculosis (TB) patients was collected from the tuberculosis management information system (TMIS), a part of the China information system for disease control and prevention from 2008 to 2017. A total of 64 208 tuberculosis patients, aged 0 to 95 years were included for the analysis. Unconditional logistic regression method was used to estimate those factors that associated with this study.@*Results@#Days of delay among TB patients appeared as M=10 (P25-P75: 3-28) day, in Wuhan, 2008-2017. The prevalence of the delay was 52.5% (33 703/64 208), presenting a downward trend from 2008 to 2017 (trend χ2=10.64, P<0.001), but the proportions of women and ≥65 year-olds were gradually increasing. Results from the multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that factors as: patients living far away from the city vs. near the city (OR=1.29, 95%CI: 1.25-1.35), and age above 45 years vs. younger than 25 years (the age 45-64 years group vs. aged less than 25 years group, OR=1.22, 95%CI: 1.15-1.29; the age 65 or above group vs. aged less than 25 years group, the OR=1.30, 95%CI: 1.22-1.39) were under higher risk on the delay of seeking care. Occupation, way of case-finding and classification of tuberculosis patients also appeared as influencing factors on this issue.@*Conclusions@#Prevalence on the delay of care was 52.5% among tuberculosis patients in Wuhan, 2008-2017, but with an annual decrease. Attention should be paid to female, wrinkly or elderly tuberculosis patients regarding the delay of care on TB, in Wuhan.

ABSTRACT

Objective@#To explore the effectiveness of collaborative care model-based continuous nursing on the postpartum posttraumatic stress disorder(PPTSD), to provide reference for postpartum clinical nursing.@*Methods@#A total of 100 cases of postpartum puerpera in Beijing Luhe Hospital of Capital Medical University were assigned to the intervention group and the control group according to the random number table method with 50 cases each. In the control group, patients received continuous nursing, however, collaboration care model-based continuous nursing care was carried out in the intervention group. The PPTSD status and psychological resilience between the two groups was assessed by Posttraumatic stress Checklist-Civilian version (PCL-C) and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), respevtively.@*Results@#Before intervention, symptoms scores and total scores of PCL-C and CD-RISC between the two group was no statistical difference (P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of increased arousal symptoms (7.22±1.09), avoidance/numbing (9.77±2.41), re-experiencing symptoms (5.66±1.17) and PCL-C total scores (22.64±3.02) were significantly decreased in the intervention group compared to the control group (8.32 ± 1.05), (11.46 ± 2.87), (6.36 ± 1.25), (26.14 ± 3.27), and there were significant differences between the two groups (t=2.899-5.559, all P<0.01). However, the scores of tenacity (24.90 ± 4.83), strength (14.91 ± 2.25), optimism (7.18 ± 1.61) symptoms and CD-RISC total scores (46.99 ± 6.30) were remakedly increased in the intervention group compared to the control group (23.22 ± 2.69), (13.61 ± 1.75), (6.14 ± 0.91), (42.97 ± 3.30), there were significant differences between the two groups (t=2.154-4.011, P<0.05 or 0.01).@*Conclusions@#Collaboration care model-based continuous nursing care can promote the psychological resilience and alliviate PPTSD.

ABSTRACT

Objective To research the clinical efficacy of Dialog vario inlay teeth adjacent surface tooth repair and the influence on inflammatory factor and oxidative stress molecules in gingival sulcus fluid.Methods From September 2012 to September 2015,104 patients with ortho dental defects treated in the hospital were divided into study group and control group,with 52 cases in each group,control group used e-Max inlay repair,the research group used Dialog vario inlay repair.Clinical curative effect,beta interleukins-1β,6,8 (IL-β,IL-6,IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),propylene glycol (MDA),superoxide disproportionation alcohol (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),gum situation were compared between two groups.Results The replacement integrity,marginal consistency,color matching and secondary caries rate in the study group were superior to those of the control group (P> 0.05).IL-β,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,MDA of study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).SOD and GSH-Px of study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Periodontal status of research group was better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Dialog vario inlay in the repair of ortho dental defects may be related to the reduction of inflammatory reaction in gingival crevicular fluid and oxidative stress.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To simulate the pollution environment of indoor decoration volatile pollutants,and to explore the influence of three main indoor decoration volatile pollutants formaldehyde,xylene and ammonia in the male mouse reproductive function.Methods:A total of 20 male ICR mice were randomly divided into experimental group(exposed to 60 mg·m-3formaldehyde,50 mg·m-3xylene and 40 mg·m-3ammonia mixed in the static type canister)and control group(put into the air-filled static type canister)(n=10).Each mouse was weighed at set times every day,exposed for 35 d continuously.The behavior changes of the mice were also observed everyday. The epididymal cauda sperms were collected to detect the sperm density and vitality.The sperm malformation rate was detected by Diff-Quick dyeing method.The apoptotic rate of epididymal cauda sperms was detected by flow cytometry(FCM).Then Western blotting method was used to determine the expression levels of Caspase-9 and Cleaved Caspase-3 proteins in testis tissue of the mice.Results:Four weeks after the exposure to pollutants,the body weight of the mice in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The concentration and vitality of sperm malformation rate of the mice in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01)35 d after exposure.Compared with control group,the apoptotic rate of sperm of the mice in experimental group was significantly increased(P< 0.01).However,the expression levels of Caspase-9 and Cleaved Caspase-3 in the testis tissue of the mice in experimental group and control group had no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The main pollutants in indoor decoration can significantly influence the quality of spermatozoa in the epididymis.

ABSTRACT

AIM:To investigate the inhibitory effect of corticosterone(CORT)on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced expression of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)and its relation with xan-thine oxidase(XO).METHODS:An inflammatory model of mouse macrophage RAW 264.7 was established by stimula-ting with LPS.Total cellular protein was extracted after the macrophages were treated with CORT at different concentrations (0~900 μg/L).The protein levels of NLRP3 and caspase-1 were determined by Western blot.According to the treat-ments,the macrophages were divided into control group,LPS group,LPS+CORT group and LPS+allopurinol group.Cell components were extracted at 0,0.5,1,1.5 and 2 h.The protein levels of NLRP3 and XO were determined by Western blot,and the mRNA expression of NLRP3 and XO was detected by real-time PCR.RESULTS: CORT at 700 μg/L and above significantly inhibited the expression of NLRP 3 and the activation of caspase-1 in the macrophages induced by LPS (P<0.05).Compared with LPS group, the expression of NLRP3 and XO in LPS +CORT group was inhibited(P <0.05),and the expression of NLRP3 in LPS+allopurinol group was also reduced(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: High concentration of CORT inhibits the expression of NLRP 3 in LPS-induced mouse macrophages,which is associated with XO. The inhibitory effect of CORT may be related to the reduction of XO expression.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the types,incidence rate and related factors of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)in pa-tients with concomitant multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis(MDR-TB)and diabetes mellitus(DM)and those with only MDR-TB in an attempt to improve the surveillance of patients with both MDR-TB and DM.Methods A total of 359 MDR-TB patients who were diagnosed in the first batch of the 5th round of China Global Fund project in Wuhan city from December 1, 2006 to June 30,2014 and enrolled in the whole supervision process were retrospectively analyzed.They fell into MDR-TB(DM+)group(n=74;20.6%,74/359)and MDR-TB(DM -)group(n=285;79.4%,285/359).The incidence and the occurrence time of ADRs were compared between the two groups.The patients with MDR-TB(DM +)group were divided into two sub-groups in terms of the occurrence of ADRs.The treatment success rate and the effects of age,body mass index,plasma albumin level before treatment,fasting blood glucose level,smoking,alcohol consumption and other diseases on ADRs were investiga-ted.Results ①The incidence of ADRs in MDR-TB(DM+)group(39 cases,52.7%)was not significantly different from that in MDR-TB(DM -)group(141 cases,49.5%)(c2=0.245,P>0.05). ② The incidence of hypothyroidism(c2=6.08,P<0.05), hypokalemia(c2=12.37,P<0.05)and QT interval prolongation(c2=4.32,P<0.05)was significantly higher in MDR-TB(DM+)group than in MDR-TB(DM -)group during the treatment. ③ The lower body mass index(F=6.289,P<0.05),the de-creased level of plasma albumin(F=9.743,P<0.05),concomitant chronic liver disease(c2=6.000,P<0.05)and other chronic diseases(c2= 4.125,P<0.05)were associated with ADRs in patients with both MDR-TB and DM.No associations of sex,age, mean fasting blood glucose level,smoking,alcohol consumption,duration of diabetes,initial treatment and retreatment,number of resistant drugs was found with ADRs. ④There were 17 cases(43.6%,17/39)cured in ADRs group and 25 cases(71.4%,25/35)cured in non-ADRs group,with significant difference found(c2=5.825,P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with concomi-tant MDR-TB and DM are more likely to develop hypothyroidism,hypokalemia,and QT interval prolongation during the treat-ment,and need periodic monitoring and adjustment of medication.Those with the worse nutritional status(lower BMI and plas-ma albumin level)and other concomitant diseases(such as chronic liver disease,etc.)are more likely to have ADRs.Those with ADRs tend to have lower success rate of cure,and they are more likely to suffer treatment failure,loss to follow-up,interruption of treatment and so on.

@#AIM:To study effect of intermittent exotropia operation in children of different ages. <p>METHODS: Totally 300 cases of children who underwent intermittent exotropia surgery in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2017 were selected as the study subjects. According to the age of children, there were 110 cases in Group A, aged from 3 to 5 years. Group B: 100 cases, ages 6 to 8 years. There were 90 cases in Group C, aged from 9 to 12 years. All three groups of children underwent intermittent exotropia surgery. The clinical efficacy, strabismus before and after operation, fusion function and stereoscopic acuity were compared. <p>RESULTS: After 6wk, the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in Group A was 92.7%, significantly higher than that in Group B(67.0%)and Group C(68.9%,<i>P</i><0.05). Before surgery, no statistically significant differences were found in the levels of strabismus, fusion, and stereoscopic acuity between the three groups(<i>P</i>>0.05). At 6wk postoperatively, the children in the three groups had decreased levels of strabismus, and the stereoscopic acuity and fusion function were significantly improved. In addition, the strabismus and stereoscopic acuity of the children in Group A were significantly lower than those in Group B and Group C, and the fusion function was significantly higher than that in Group B and Group C, with statistically significant differences(<i>P</i><0.05). <p>CONCLUSION: The age of the children with intermittent exotropia is closely related to the recovery and reconstruction of binocular vision.

Objective:To construct the expression vector of the fusion protein of human serum albumin (HSA) and thymopentin (TP5) and to express it in Pichia pastoris,and to elucidate the biological activity of fusion protein.Methods:The HSA-TP5 fusion gene was constructed by gene recombination and transfected into Pichia pastoris to construct the eukaryotic expression system of HSA-TP5.The recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid of PPICZα-HSA-TP5 was obtained by agarose gel electrophoresis and purification reagent.The two step fermentation method was used to ferment gene engineering bacteria of HSA-TP5 in high density,and the fermentation supernatant protein was precipitated and concentrated;the purified fusion protein was obtained by cation exchange chromatography and hydrophobic chromatography and analyzed by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The effect of the fusion protein on the proliferation of lymphocytes was detected by MTT assay.Results:The HSA target gene fragment with length of 1 845 bp was achieved by PCR method.The HSA-TP5-pPICZαC fusion plasmid was identified by restriction endonuclease digestion,and the fragment length was 707 bp.The sequence analysis showed that the HSA and TP5 sequences of the target genes were identical with the gene sequences reported in GenBank and were fused by forward fusion.PCR method confirmed that the eukaryotic recombinant plasmid PPICZ αC-HSA-TP5 was integrated into the yeast genome,and compared with control group,the target gene PCR product length was found to be 1 860 bp.SDS-PAGE analysis showed that the expression level of HSA-TP5 fusion protein was gradually increased with the induction time within 72 h.HSA-TP5 fusion protein was purified by cation exchange chromatography and AKTA multifunctional protein purification system.The MTT assay results showed that HSA-TP5 fusion protein was consistent with TP5 protein in promoting lymphocyte proliferation activity.Conclusion:HSA-TP5 fusion protein can be obtained by constructing the eukaryotic expression system of Pichia pastoris and owns the biological activity.

ABSTRACT

Objective To assess the feasibility and accuracy of ultrasound evaluation of facet joint in the lumbar spine by comparison of ultrasonography and CT measurements in normal and degenerative lumbar vertebra small joint.Methods Fifteen patients with chronic low back pain in Shengjing hospital of China Medical University were taken as the study group,and 20 healthy volunteers as the healthy controls from physical examination center of our hospital between January 2014 and December 2014.The ultrasonic and CT values were measured in L 1-S 1 small joints between normal and abnormal lumbar joints (height and width).The length and width of the left and right side small joints of healthy controls,ultrasonic measurement of healthy controls and patients with chronic low back pain,and value of ultrasonography and CT measurements were compared by using t test.Results The abnormal facet joint can be clearly showed by sonography,characterized by bone hyperplasia of edge joints,bone destruction,wear or thinning/thickening of articular cartilage.For the length and width of the lumber joints,the difference of ultrasonic measurement values between normal and abnormal lumbar joints were statistically significant [(1.26±0.03) cm vs (1.43±0.05) cm,t=2.626,P < 0.05;(0.18±0.01) cm vs (0.15±0.02) cm,t=2.264,P < 0.05].In patient group,the difference of length and width values in a total of 150 small joints between ultrasonography and CT were not statistically significant [(1.43 ± 0.17) cm vs (1.42 ± 0.16) cm],t=1.655,P > 0.05;(0.15 ± 0.03) cm vs (0.14±0.03) cm,t=1.656,P > 0.05].Conclusions The facet joint of the lumbar can be clearly shown by sonography and it is valuable in the diagnosis of small joint degeneration for lumbar vertebra.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of ultrasound-guided paravertebral anaes-thesia combined with propofol in the thoracoscopic sympathectomy. Methods Total 63 male and 59 female patients with hyperhidrosis were recruited. The patients were equally divided into two groups:group A and C. Patients in group A received ultrasound-guided paravertebral anaesthesia combined with propofol. Patients in group C received general intravenous anesthesia with endotracheal intubation. The heart rate (HR),mean arterial pres-sure(MAP)and the oxygen saturation(SpO2)at the time of entering the operating room(T0),completing anesthe-sia(T1),incising the skin(T2),cutting the T4 sympathetic trunk(T3),completing the operation were record-ed. The awake time after operation ,VAS score after operation and postoperative throat discomfort were also record-ed. Results The two groups successfully completed the surgery. There were no significant differences of the HR , MAP and SpO2 at T0-T4 between the two groups. There were significant differences of the awake time after opera-tion,postoperative feeding time and hospitalization expenses. The VAS score after operation of group A were better than group C(P<0.05)at T2 h,T4 h,T8 h,and T12 h. There was no significant difference of VAS score at T24 h between the two groups. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided paravertebral anaesthesia combined with propofol can pro-vide a safe and effective approach for patients receiving the thoracoscopic sympathectomy.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the function characteristics of CD4 T cell converted double negative T cell and provide a basis for further insight into the characteristics of mouse converted double negative T cell.Methods The gene expression profile was analyzed by transcriptome sequencing and protein mass spectrometry.The expression of cell active marker CD44,CD69 and OX40 was investigated by flow cytometry and the cytotoxicity of mouse double negative T cell was verified by CFSE staining.Results Mouse CD4 T cell converted double negative T cell expressed cell phenotype that differed from other mature CI4 T cells.Mouse converted double negative T cell expressed high level of active marker of CD44,CD69 and OX40.Cytotoxicity of PrfO DN T was significantly reduced.Conclusions Mouse CD4 T cell converted double negative T cell has distinguishing cell phenotypes,that are not identical to other mature CD4 T cells.Mouse double negative T cell overexpresses cell activation marker and cytotoxic cytokines.The immune suppressive function of mouse double negative T cell is mainly dependent on perforin pathway.
